live?
In the UK you can send transfers directly from your
mobile, internet or by using approved moneytextme agents.
At the moment, from the rest of the EU and USA/Canada
you can access the service via the internet only. We
will let you know as soon as sending from your mobile
phone or approved agent is enabled in your country.

How do I send prepaid mobile
phone credit to friends & family abroad?
moneytextme offers various ways to send instant mobile
top ups to your family and friends abroad. You can send
phone credit online using the www.moneytextme.com site
or directly from your mobile phone by texting the number
to be topped up to shortcode 83900 (this option is available
from the UK only at the moment). You can also send credit
by paying cash to approved moneytextme agents. Recipients
will usually receive their mobile phone credit within
seconds. Both sender and recipient will receive confirmation
of the transaction.

What is the charge for using
moneytextme?
There are no transaction fees or any other charges
for using the moneytextme service by registered customers
for transfers directly from their mobile phones or via
the website. moneytextme only charges the amount of
the mobile phone credit you send.
There are no transaction fees for using the moneytextme
service by unregistered customers for transfers directly
from their mobile phones. However unregistered customers
pays the standard charges for texting to our shortcode
number by their mobile network.

How am I charged for the top up
I send?
For registered customers your credit or debit card
on record will be charged for all transactions whether
using the website or directly via your mobile phone.
You may review all charges by logging into your account
online.
Unregistered customers will be charged by means of
reverse premium SMS to their mobile phone account.

How do I Know that my family

You will be sent SMS notification of all successful
transfers. Your family member or friend will also receive
an SMS telling them that you have sent them a top up.
