1. Open an account by registering your details on
our secured website!
2. Once registration is complete you will have access
to register the mobile phone numbers of family and friends
(buddies) abroad. Remember to include the international
dialling code for each phone. You can also assign a
name to each mobile phone number.
3. You can now manage your account by setting top up
amounts for each phone and also which days you want
the top up to reach their phones.
4. Or from your mobile phone text tu(space)5(space)name
or 'tu 5 billy' to 83900. This means moneytext £5
to the name billy. There will be no charges to your
mobile phone account. All charges will be debited to
the card details you provided during registration. In
this case £5 will be debited including service
charges to your card and your buddy's mobile phone will
be credited instantly in their local currency less service
charges.
5.You will receive a text message to confirm that
your top up have been successful. At the same time your
family or friend will receive a text message telling
them that you have top up their mobile phone account.
6. You can log on 24/7 to check your transaction records
and also to contact customer services.
Unregistered Customers

A) Text your instructions from mobile phone
24/7
1. Simply text tu 5 00233xxxxx to 83900. As in step
4 above the mobile number 00233xxxxxx will be topped up
in their local currency less service charges. Your mobile
account will be debited with £5 by way of a £5
reverse billing SMS to your phone. Please make sure
you have at least £5 on your mobile phone account
before you use the service.
2.You will receive a text message to confirm that your
top up has been successful. At the same time your family
or friend will receive a text message telling them that
you have topped up their mobile phone account.
B) Using an Approved Agent
1. Approach an approved moneytext agent give him/her
your mobile number and that of your family and friend
abroad. Pay the full £5. The mobile phone number
of your family or friend will be top up in their local
currency less our service charges.
2.You will receive a text message to confirm that
your top up have been successful. At the same time your
family or friend will receive a text message telling
them that you have top up their mobile phone account.
3.Buy the Instant top up voucher and follow the instructions
at the back of the voucher.
